Horrible parking lot , came to add my husband under one of my accounts first they told us 20 min wait, in 15 min waiting time increased to an hour in was 2 ppl in front of us who were opening the accounts. If you know it takes so long for a new customers make on line appointments so ppl don’t have to wait in line."

My father and I came to her branch seeking help with my father's old and current accounts, and even though I was not a member, she took her time to help as if I was one. I had to wait for two hours, which was fine. Because I could see her and her team in action, I could see how they gave everyone the same top-quality service, from a regular worker to a business owner.
