The employees remained behind their computers and did not approach or assist the customers who had been waiting for hours. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and competence. They urgently need training to improve their efficiency and effectiveness in customer service. I wasted an hour waiting, and when I approached the employee in the first cabin on the right from the entrance near the Staples store, she appeared offended when I politely asked if someone could assist us."
