They will tell you themselves that they cannot provide very simple services like cashing a check from one of their accounts is something they cannot handle"

"This Flushing Bank branch is staffed with amazingly friendly workers and they always go out of their way to provide the best customer service to their clients. Whenever I stop by I am always greeted with a friendly smile. The staff here treat you like family and always make you feel like you are a VIP. The branch manager is so personable as well (Handsome too). Always making rounds, greeting customers and generally making the branch a warm and welcome place to visit. There are plenty of other Flushing Bank branches out there but this is my number one destination for all my banking needs."

"Spoke to Wendy, couldn't understand what she was saying with a really strong Chinese accent. Kept talking and didn't like it if you want to confirm something, very confusing person. Didn't resolve anything at her end, had to call someone who speaks English."
