"Tried to open a checking account but the Citibank worker - Luna asked TOO MANY PERSONAL questions. I have open checking accounts with other major financial institutions and they do NOT ask so many personal questions. It is shame Citibank has lost customer service. They outsource their help desk to India which they read ONLY scripts generated by Citibank and cannot offer alternative solutions and USA people work as robot and DO NOT WORK with the customer to solve problems"

"Why is this branch closed before business hours??? And the door to the ATM is locked? Many people tried using their ATM card ... But it was locked?"

"If trust isn’t high on your list of priorities and being ignore and being lied to isn’t a big deal, this is the place to stash ALL of your money! On my first and definitely last visit here no one comes out to greet me after 40 minutes. There is a sign in sheet which must be some kind of inside joke that bankers and regulars get a good laugh out of as the former hide in their cubicles until the latter bolt past the sign in sheet and knock down their doors demanding help. I wasted an hour waiting, after three customers who came in after me just waltz on by, for a piece of paper that took 5 minutes to print. When I asked why I was skipped three times, I was told the others were Citigold clients. Oh really? I pointed to the sign in sheet, where none of them checked off “citigold” But guess who did check off Citigold? Me!"

Every teller, manager, and/or associate I've had the pleasure of meeting with has been a superior experience. They are all always so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Mr. Choudrey (sp?) has been so welcoming, amicable, and professionally available for whatever I need assistance with since the day I've met him, along with my parents, who have been going to this branch for over 40 years. I often sit with Mr. Orlando Santiago, and the rapport he has built with me as a client is second to none. He is efficient, timely, and genuinely concerned with resolving whatever matters are at hand. Great conversationalist while remaining impeccably professional and very intelligible within his area of expertise. There hasn't been one instance where a personal matter I had with Citi was unresolved, and done seamlessly at that. I personally recommend asking to sit down with the aforementioned gentlemen as they make the Citi Experience exemplary in the most positive ways."

Not only are they kind, but they are extremely knowledgeable in their specific niche. They are all very patient and understanding, and what sets them apart from other bank facilities is that the genuine care, compassion, and determination to ensure a satisfactory, safe, pleasant, and happy experience they want to provide is something that inspired me to write this elongated review.
