"Each time I have to call customer service, I get ADRIANNA! I requested a new debit card for my account. ADRIANNA seemed hesitant to mail me a new one; asking me why I needed a new card. I expressed I was having a problem with a particular merchant that kept attempting to charge my card after I requested a service cancellation. This card was requested on 7/21/24. As of today, 8/10/24, the card was never received. Since I had not received my card, I went into the South Orange branch to withdraw all of my available funds, pretty much over how I had been treated, I was determined to proceed with closing the account. Honestly, I don't think the card was ever mailed. I called back the next day and got ADRIANNA again. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with. I told ADRIANNA that I still had not received my card. ADRIANNA told me, after my repeated phone calls, "I COULD HAVE RECEIVED AN IMMEDIATE CARD IN THE BRANCH"! Since when???? After my multiple calls suddenly she tells me I have this option???? I asked ADRIANNA why was I not informed of this the first time I called? She began yelling because I called out her error, then told me to lower my voice. I asked to speak with a supervisor since this is NOT the first time I have encountered ADRIANNA. I spoke with CARLOS who attempted to excuse ADRIANNA'S BEHAVIOR claiming they are short staffed and she's been there a long time. ARIANNA'S tenure does not warrant that behavior towards a customer. He offered to have an expedited card at the branch for me to pick up. I decided not to go pick up the card and ultimately close the account. Since it's not the first time I have encountered this, I refuse to allow companies being "short staffed" think this is ok."
