Wells Fargo ATM

"ATM is not open 24 hours I came here 9:20 pm and it was locked not just this one but bunch of others around east orange!!"

"The ATM machines are down again in Newark and in East Orange! This happens frequently in the urban areas but not so much in other areas. If you know what I mean! Wells Fargo does not care about his customers! Wells Fargo's gives customer a substandard service. They don't loan customers or businesses in this area any money. Just check out their CRA reports! Why is Wells Fargo in this community in the first place? So understand this Wells Fargo will charge you for overdraft fees but if you can't put the money in the fees will increase. Whose fault is that especially when your machines don't work!"

"A terrible way to do business! Wells Fargo is NOT A GOOD BANK AT ALL! 1. If you are sick, out of time or do not feel.like MAKING A DEPOSIT, they will not allow another person to make a deposit into your account! Wonder if they practice and enforce these policies in the morning affluent areas? 2. They monitor your spending! Say you spend $15 they will call and ask you about your purchase! If you do not A swer them then they freeze your account? What the purpose of the fdic then? Don't they have consumer insurance? Also if you trying to catch a sale they will not let you spend your money even though you want to spend $1,000 and have $2,500 in the bank, you cannot make the transaction until they call and verify your potential purchase! This has to be illegal! 3. Do not suggest signing g up for voice verification banking! Say you lost your voice or had surgery or have a cold or something,  they will freeze your account and you will not be able to buy anything! This bank does nothing for the community and their CR A rating is horrible! Please do not support or use this bank. You are better off putting your money under a mattress! P.S. Now this branch has been closed for at least a week! No customer notification, no community notification, because Wells Fargo Bank is a misma aged bank and they do notcar about this community at all! But if you were trying g to spend $5 of your own money they would be constantly calling you and ready to freeze your account if do not answer them. ! AGAIN, DO NOT PATRONIZE WELLS FARGO BANK!"

"Poor banking experience! Tried to order a major appliance using debit card. Wells Fargo would not allow me to make the purchase even though I had more than enough money!!! So, ordered the major appliance using my other bank! Next day Wells Fargo calls saying something about verifying my purchase! So, people in their neighborhood are not suppose to spend over $900. Do they do this to their customers in more affluent areas? Isn't my debit card insured? Would not use a Wells Fargo as a real account? Nothing for serious transactions anyway. Why are they monitoring people's accounts and spending? Not a good look at all! Also, their CRA rating poor! Meaning you give them your money they do not reciprocate! Wells Fargo is not a community back at all! Do not recommend! Their aren't any real good banks in these areas! They claim all that they do is for YOUR security or their liability?!"
