"The branch Rep Naaila Donald opened a checking and saving account for my cousin and did not provide full additional details regarding a W-8 form, when we called back she was rude and did not answer our questions and hanged up, very unprofessional and provided misleading information simply to open accounts and does not provide any type of customer service nor transparency. The worst service ever is not just making numbers and opening accounts is about taking care of a client and being clear and transparent"

"Most of the tellers shouldn’t be involved with customer service. (A zero stars is what this location needs.) They are rude and have no couth! I hate having to go to this branch. But, unfortunately sometimes I must. The tellers need to be retrained with customer service classes (a few days and hours of training is definitely needed). If that doesn’t work, look into demotions, probation and termination. The Bloomfield location - better customer service."
