"Stuff is indifferent, unhelpful. The cashier lady was unhelpful and aggressive. Manager preferred to get my account closed by me than to convert my product. Chase lost 15k. The the do business and communicated to me as a customer was simply ridiculous. I sensed real nastiness and stuff inability to do their work. Sad. New way to do business?!"

"Wow, this was the best banking experience I’ve ever had! I needed two cashier’s checks and the incredibly kind teller (I can’t remember her name, unfortunately) double checked the information to make sure the checks were printed correctly and made sure I had proper documentation once I handed the checks over to my landlord.
