"Nice clean bank but the lady (teller) behind the window named leahsan was very rude and nasty to me I just had a simple question about getting some change and she completely kicked me to the curb showing me her nasty attitude and disrespectfully sending me out the bank I was so confused as to why is she being so nasty and mean to me I am a loyal chase customer and I did not expect that. Luckily the supervisor came out and was able to kindly assist me. Not professional at all never seeing that racist teller again !"
