"The woman in the age 103 years old couldn’t have get money from her account because of her ID was expired in 2023. I was surprised that manager sent this old woman home to bring her passport . Shame on all rules of this bank. The ID is with picture, her face didn’t change for a few months. Could understand the manager that the person 103 YEARS OLD cannot walk too much . This old woman had to get money for food . Not any stars for this bank"

"Please tell your security guards to practice good hygiene. Went into this bank to make a deposit and the stench was overwhelming when I entered the ATM area on Jan 12 Friday in the evening. Everyone that walked in after me was complaining about the smell as well. I was looking for a homeless man that was maybe hiding in there.... But came to the conclusion it was the guard"

"I’m a long time customer of this bank. I went in the other day, the guard at the door was sitting with his feet up and looking at his cell phone. I’m not sure whether he saw me walk by or not. There were three young women at the reception desk one of them was staring at me as she ate a doughnut, it seemed like they were on a break rather than working. Finally one asked me if she could help me and She answer my question. I think there’s a management problem here."

"I have tried multiple times in the past 2 weeks to schedule an appointment and each time the rep cancels on me with short notice, except the last time when they didn't cancel. They just let me show up without saying the branch was going to close early! God awful customer service. I have banked with Chase for over a decade but this abysmal branch is going to make me stop. They genuinely do not care about their customers."

"Very helpful. Their service is good. Someone will almost always welcome you and ask you if you need any help. Their hours are pretty good (for a bank) and they also have notary services for chase customers which is great. The only issue is the security of the ATMs at night. One night my friend was pulling out cash and there was a shady person who was loitering in the ATM area who kept asking her for money. She was alone and felt threatened so she gave him money and left."
