"They have never had fast service but ever- since they changed to Citizens the wait is absolutely ridiculous. They have 3 or 4 people at a desk and only one teller. They should be able to jump in and do a few simple transactions to make the line faster. Line takes 30 minutes for a quick 2 minute transaction. This is ridiculous!"
