"Stinks, stinks, stinks!!! I have had a checking account at Citibank for more than 30 years and it is impossible to speak to a live representative on the phone. Something is screwed up with their system and you can't contact anyone by phone."

"This branch is a bit out of the way for me but I make my way here whenever I need to go to a teller. Jiantao Zheng is always courteous and eager to assist. Banking wouldn't normally be described as a pleasant experience by most but Jiantao makes every visit worry and stress free."

"This is the only few times I’ve ever written a review but this place has horrible customer service. I waited in line for one hour and five minutes; I had no issues waiting but when I got to the person the lady gave me an attitude and glared at me. I was patient and tried my best to ignore her clear impatience. She looked like she didn’t even want to help me and barely cared to help me. She was extremely rude when helping me create an online banking account. In the middle of the process she told me to get out and complete the rest of it myself. I wasn’t going to argue with her so I did as I was asked to. I ran into some issues and came back to ask a question and she was angry. At that point the rudeness was enough and i started to get a bit irritated and told her id give her one star. She said that was fine. Since there’s no link I got to rate her, I’m going to do it here then."

Jenny Vera is always eager to help my parents and has the patience to explain my parents questions. We definitely appreciate the great service we receive at this branch thanks to Jenny."
