"Ana the manager and Omar is incompetent and don’t help non customers with a bank issued check by them. two forms of identification and said they cannot cash out over $4000 dollars. which is pretty stupid. you are the issuing bank. then has the nerve to look at both IDs and invoice and check and say we cannot help you. But this is the worst customer service ever in my bank experience , today on a Monday it was only one person helping with customer service, but service is so bad that after being waiting an hour and a half they ask me if I want to keep waiting because they don't know how long is it going to take, it's very frustrating they are always making people mad hopefully the people that are in charge of this locations notice that this place is going down and do something about it."

If I could get quarters to spit out of my iPhone trust me I would not be on a line waiting for one teller to assist me. Maybe someone can study and learn and then teach me how to do that from my cell phone or laptop."
