I did my business with the teller who was awesome and very courteous and I had a question about some other business and was directed to speak to the Manager Christine. She answered all my questions and concerns about my account and offered a few options, Christine’s leadership and understanding the customers needs and making them feel at home rubs off on the staff and branch. My overall experience at this branch was amazing and I will be traveling back to this branch to continue doing business in the future."

Well, tonight after gaining access thru entry of this branch Where I was upon I deposited a check I received Via Hand Mail thru an Associate & Group Partner of mines. After depositing the check I received a stating, did I just make deposit at a Beach ATM. I stated Yes than I was informed if the transaction was denied to attempt again I did and it was denied again. I called the customer service hotline and received no assistance Due to the fact of my name and me sounding southern CSREP must of assumed I was black and purposely blocked my card I was told to go into to the branch tomorrow when it opens because my phone number which is listed within the app and my Chase Account for some reason Chase CSREP was not allowed me Via Telephone. I am on Vacation broke with no money because I Should of went to a Checking Cashing or Amscot Omg Racist Caucasians & Latins"

"Made an appointment to meet an advisor, showed up on the dot and waited 20 minutes before a manager came to tell me the appointed advisor didn’t show up to work and I needed to reschedule. The day plan was ruined. If you have to bank with Chase, try a different branch."
