"Let me say something I’m not new to Bank of America & I’m not going tell you guys how long I’ve been with Bank of America, but let me explain this. Yesterday well before I say the story, let me just say I hate the fact when every time I enter Bank of America at the site close to the bus stop it always gotta smell like urine why do you always allow homeless people to your in the in your facility. Are you called Bank of America or Piss At Bank of America?! Now I know there’s two honestly three ATMs in there, but the two of them would be an occupied so I was going to use the third one which is in the side where people make a huge line to make deposits or whatsoever. Now I recognize that was for people right in front of me when I went to go use the third ATM. I wasn’t mad, but I was patient completely patient so the four people that were right in front of me I let them do what they gotta do so after the fourth one was done it was my turn one of your employees a Spanish guy. I don’t know if he’s Dominican whatsoever he was wearing a bright tuxedo suit. I think he’s like in his 30s or 40s I can’t tell his age I don’t know his name but I know he’s like 5.7 or 5.8 or 5.9 inches tall. Allow someone to cut right in front of me. And literally this guy works at Bank of America. I’m talking about the police that I’m making a complaint right now and this all happened yesterday number one I don’t like that because if the person who works at Bank of America I don’t care if it’s a guy or woman, or any type of nationality. I don’t care what age you do not let someone cut in front of another person like me. I’m making a complaint because if that ever happens again, and I mean if that ever happens again, whether you guys like it or not, I will break his face now I will come back there sometime around this upcoming week, and I suggest that type of Incident does not happen again."
"The customer service from Bank Of America at 31th street is so bad. The teller just sits and doesn’t help at all. You have to have nothing else to do other than waste your half or more of your day at the Bank. It is so frustrating how long it take just to see a teller. The teller could not be more rude."
"If I could give no stars, I would! Always a horrible line with one teller. So many people working there but no one to help. Always takes a minimum of 30 mins to deposit a check or do anything with a teller. ATM booth is packed which is COVID waiting to happen. Months later here and there is only ever 1 teller…..howwwwww when you have a line out the door every day????????"
"ONE TELLER, line out the door! Why can’t they hire more tellers? Absolutely ridiculous. And then the owner of BANK OF AMERICA goes on to reply to these comments asking people to go online. WE ARE NOT GOING ONLINE, THERE ARE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE IN THE BANK! Hire tellers!! Horrible bank. I used to work in a bank! People need better service.. 0 stars"
"[I'm expecting to receive the same template response that every low rating reviewer received from the manager of this BofA.] If you're in a hurry, or have little time to spare, don't bother coming here. If you're interested in professional products or need help with detailed information, go elsewhere. This is by far the worst branch I've ever visited (and I visit regularly since I live one block from this location). There are always incredibly long lines, there's always one person at the window handling a constant influx of clients trying to complete their business. There are always extremely long wait times to meet with a representative for more detailed banking assistance. After more than a few years (from my personal experience), how is it possible this is still the case? Is there any incentive to do better at this branch? Maybe due to the overwhelming diversity in this area, there isn't an urgency at all to make this branch better. Bank representatives are ill informed on how best to assist clients with their portfolios. Assistance is incredibly basic. Apparently, although I'm able to do so at every branch I've visited, I'm unable to deposit business checks at this branch. Somehow, this branch seems to "know more" than others throughout Manhattan. If there's even a list of priorities for this BofA (which I doubt there's any strategy at all for this branch), it is very clear that attention to client services and their experience is at the very bottom. At the end of all this, I really do hope this branch will do better for the people they serve in this community."
