"Really bad experience at this branch. Got my wallet stolen, ID and everything and they did not help me with a thing. One woman who worked there (and has seen me 1000 times) even actively told her co workers that she doesn’t know who I am. After that I got blank stares and a next please. Will not be able to get replacement keys to my own apartment for days until I get a new ID. When my situation resolves I will unfortunately be changing banks completely because of the apathetic and just straight up bad customer service I received at this bank (the chase I have been a client of my entire life.) Shame the bank in my community knows nothing about the community!"
"By far, the worst chase branch I've ever visited. Long wait times, only one rep and one manager, who's always either not on the premises or at lunch?! Ugh, atms barely function consistently. The location is highly populated and the service needs to get on par with the demand! Have to go to 106th st and 3rd ave just to avoid the headache!"
