"If I could give a negative star, I would. My family and I were banking at Investors Savings for decades. Unfortunately, Investors Savings was taken over by Citizen Bank, and it has been a nightmare. I figured I would give it time, but we have dealt with the rudeness too long. My grandmother, who actually helped me open my first bank account as a little girl with Investors, was turned away when she asked to use their bathroom. Please understand that she just made her transactions, multiple of them. She really had to use the bathroom, and the cashier told my grandmother they didn't have public restrooms. And hand the audacity to tell her she can go to Quick Check to use their bathroom. As she stood there crossing her legs, another cashier tried to intercede but was quickly cut off. I had to drive my grandmother back home about 3 miles just so she could use the bathroom. It's not like she came off the street looking for a bathroom. She's a customer who actually banks with this branch every other week! Citizen Bank is definitely not for citizens!"
