"Usually I have no problems cashing my cheques I receive from my 2 jobs for the past 13 years at the pnc in west orange which is better but since I came to this location in glen ridge the tellers always have a problem with the same job cheques I cash every week and also i have a second job cheque that they have a problem cashing. I will never come to this location again because of this treatment."

"Came here with my mom and dealt with a perosnal banker with blonde hair and was immediately asked if she was a citizen once we sat down. My mom wearing a head covering shouldn't change how you treat your customers. When I came in to open a bank account, I was never asked that question. She's never been asked that question with her current bank. Fix that corporate. Offensive is an understatement."
