"Representatives are very slow, when it comes to dealing with opening accounts or having business related questions. No communication whatsoever about checking in and letting people know they need to add themselves into a queue. For simple task such as opening a business account it takes an hour plus not very informed representative always asking questions from his colleagues about simple stuff such obtaining a DBA or how to open an account under a DBA , simple questions that every bank representative must know . Need more training and better communication please . Cashiers are fast ."
