"I had a very, very bad experience at this bank today. 1500 was withdrawn from my account at 4 :12 pm. Thanks God I got my notifications on and I hurried to the bank which was closed. I stood there with my husband and called over the phone. The manager answered and said it was a mistake the cashier did. How can somebody justify taking money from a customer account as a mistake? I dont understand. It was clearly a theft. Up to this moment cant believe it. They put the money back. But how about other people who dont check their apps or dont receive notifications. Beware of your money. We are supposed to have confidence in our banks but now I see we even have to be aware of them."
