The staff have always been friendly to me-- I am usually greeted by the security guard, then the staff on the floor and lastly by the banker. They have always been knowledgable, have handled my requests without error, and frequently encourage me to use their shared space as a pop-up. In my opinion, this branch has faced multiple challenges over the years. Overall, the staff have remained resilient, vigilant and keep the customers in mind at all times."
"Came into this bank to handle some very important business and needed to speak with a rep. I was asked to sign my name on a list that already had 3 other customers ahead of me. Once I sat down to wait a customer sitting next to me said she had been waiting over an hour. There were no other reps to assist with helping. Needless to say I also waited over an hour before my name was called. The only silver lining throughout this experience was the rep. He was very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately I will choose another branch when I need to handle business in a more timely fashion."
