Reviews
"Loved my experience at this Wells Fargo branch . Personal Banker Keritha was like a breath of fresh air with these stressful times of Covid . She was professional and courteous and made my banking here admirable enough to give a review and refer others. Hope she gets recognized for her exceptional Services. More banks can use personalities like hers ."
"I walked into this bank because I needed help with a wire transfer. Even though I could have done it on my own, I was far from home and didnt have access to a computer. Brinder was very kind and made me feel like I had been going there for years even though I had just met her. Praise this woman!"
"This place is horrible! The assistant manager Scarola/ Schola Eke yelled out my bank check informationin in the lobby. Everyone on line & in the entire bank heard. The teller did not know how to cash my check so she called the assistant manager over since the manager is not in. The assistant manager was very rude, told me to just go to another bank. She said she couldn't help me. I kindly informed her that the other teller helped me last time. I stood back at the end of the line and instead of helping me she instructed for people who came after me, behind me in line, to come forward. I stayed calm and finally got to the teller who helped me 2x and literally 2 weeks ago. The assistant manager then instructed the teller not to help me. When the teller questioned her she said "You heard what I said!" The teller had no choice but to listen and acted as if she never saw me before and told me to move to the side. Meanwhile, I am injured and wearing a cast. It is hard for me to travel or even stand for a long period of time. They saw this and were still very rude . The assistant manager didn't know what she was doing she was rude, loud, ghetto, and dismissive. She instructed the staff not to help or acknowledge me. This is the worst and most unprofessional WELLS FARGO experience I have ever had. I remained calm and I left. Thank God I was able to get to a nearby branch 3 minutes before closing. The other branch cashed my check instantly without any issued. They knew what they were doing. This proves that the West Orange branch assistant manager Ms. Schola /Scarola Eke just did not know what she was doing and instead of admitted it she humiliated, disrespected, and abruptly dismissed me from the bank. Just ghetto. I am outraged!"
"Great employees, its always a pleasure whenever I visit"
"The rude manager, Scarla, illegally forced me to open a checking account by refusing to cash my Wells Fargo checks unless I make an account with them. I understand she wants her branch to get credit for my business because I cash big checks every 2 weeks for my store but this is very unprofessional. I recently read in the news that Wells Fargo was getting sued for forcing people to open accounts, now I see why. By the way, I manage a store and regularly cash the same checks about twice a week at other Wells Fargo branches, and while the other branches always suggest that I open an account, they never actually refused to cash my checks like this spot."
