"All your employees need to be trained in customer service. A MANAGER watched as my mom put her card into a broken machine and then walked away when we asked for help. A security guard ended up helping us get the card back. So we went into the bank to get the services we needed. Standing in line waiting to be called. Someone came in off the street, ignored the line completely, stated talking to the teller in Spanish and she was helped while the line was ignored. I have never been so disrespected and disregarded by a company that uses my business. If this is how the branch will be allowed to run, shut it down!"
"When making deposits this is the only chase branch that says I'm short of a deposit after numerous recounts before depositing money. Something is definitely fishy about that."
"This Bank is the worst . I say this because my 85 year old mom who is a loyal customer of Chase Bank went there to make a transaction and my mom stands about 4’10- 4’11. So to the average person that is quite short to be able to reach the teller. I happen to be on my cell phone on a call when I looked and realized she was TIP TOEING struggling trying to speak to the teller (Hispanic female) to do her transaction. The teller clearly saw she was struggling and did not offer my mom the shorter teller booth. I was appalled. One thing I am against is someone not giving the elderly the proper extra care that they may nee d when that’s their job. I had to tell the teller “why wouldn’t you have my mom move to a lower booth so my mom can teach and see what’s goin on”? All the tell said was she wasn’t signed in on that other computer and that her transaction would be quick . She then commence to continue the transaction with my mom , which took longer than she said and then put up her “this window closed next teller please” once she was finished with my mom. . And my mom 85-year-old , is African American in a predominantly “Hispanic neighborhood” I had to add that, because that’s what I felt and saw. My mom will NOT be visiting this Branch Again unless develop better service."

"Roaches / water bugs flying around!! Every time I come in the wait time is around an hour even though it's completely empty. Not to mention that the staff is the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in any establishment! I would only ever come to this branch if you have ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER CHOICE. It's terrible here. They should scrap the whole thing and start over."
