"The tellers greet you as soon as you walk in. They were so full of energy I was hoping she was the person to help me. But I needed a banker. Paula(Pauline) she’s the first teller on the left when you walk in, is who helped me open my account. I never heard of this bank & the reviews are off putting. But its close to my house. We got started she didn’t tell me about any other type of account, just assumed I needed free checking. (I also own a business). The process was fairly straightforward. A tip for future reference if you open an account the temporary card takes 2+hours to activate. Something she didn’t tell me until the end of the process. But assured it would work. Over 2 hours later it still didn’t. Customer service stated she didn’t send over the information. They called the bank to request the info and within a few minutes I was able to activate my card. Things can only go up from here! The KB app is pretty cool."

"The teller was really nice to my mom but I noticed a shift in the way the manager I think Diane was treating him and it seemed to be a lot of bias. In the future I will take her to another location because it is hard seeing those actions"

"Incredibly friendly staff but unfortunately utterly incompetent. I recently opened an account and made exactly two transactions in the branch and both were so extremely errored that it took weeks to correct. I asked two separate staff members if I could remove a name from my account without closing it and reopening my account and was reassured by both members and their manager that I could. I was called a week later to come in and close my account due to their mistake. The second instance was when I went in to get a bank check and they deducted my account twice in error for the singular amount and took a month before it was noticed and rectified. During that time, I received a call from a staff member and when I picked up, she said, “hi I’d like to place an order for delivery”. My number had apparently circulated throughout the office on a piece of paper and was picked up in error during a lunch order. When I went in physically in to rectify these issues, the manager was out in the lobby talking loudly about another customers cancer treatment which I found incredibly unprofessional. Do not bank here. Please."
