"Awful experience. Went in on a Saturday to provide original copy of documents. Was told that the 2 customer reps were with customers and I would be helped shortly. After waiting 45mins, another bank employee tells me that it could be a long wait since Saturdays are appointments only. Would have been good to know that when I walked in. Considering moving my banking to TD Bank. More locations and better service."

"Frankly I couldn’t understand the low ratings assigned from other customers. I’d give a rating of 6 stars if it’s possible. Indeed this is one of the best Citibank branches in the tristate area. I’ve been with Citibank for around 10 years. They’ve been super helpful at this branch. Ms. Ligia Tejada, a banker at Citibank Clifton NJ, has consistently welcomed me each time when I seek help from her regarding my bank account matters. She always goes extra miles to meet my bank needs. I’m absolutely satisfied with the high quality and customer oriented professional seevice."

"Disappointing. Teller said after the fact that she could have bumped be beyond priority account. Chose to charge me for the cashiers check. I’ve been a customer since Citi’s acquisition of NYCB. I have less money in other banks and get treated better. Will most likely end my relationship and move to Chase."
