"I was purchasing a vehicle from a private seller who requested a bank check. I called up Citizens in East Rutherford and spoke with a teller who was very friendly and told me to come right in and they would have the check ready for me as I was in a rush. I was delayed arriving and had call up the bank and Jael answered and said not to worry they would stay open later for me. The Branch Manager Mimoza kept the bank open an extra 45 mins to accommodate me and the staff make me feel like a VIP. Thank you to the entire staff over at Citizens in East Rutherford"
"Took my business docs in at the location to open a business acct.. they failed to make copies of all my paper work so I had to take my time out to go back to the bank...took 2 weeks to make the decision to deny me an account for no reason... wouldn't recommend"
