"Called the bank for help with funds transfer. Representative after verification of my identity twice, refuse to transfer the funds and further block my online access. The funds I needed for a business deal. I feel like this was discrimination based on race. Worst customer service ever, the manager I ask to speak to turned around and hang up the phone. Disrespectful."

"For those wondering - yes, this is the closest NFCU branch to the city, and no, you do not have to be a member of the military to access the branch. When you get to the entrance gate for the USMMA campus, the guard will let you in with a valid driver's license (and possible proof of NFCU membership, but I was not asked for this). There was no wait on a Thursday morning and the staff was very friendly/helpful."
