"I went into this bank for the first time and the manager Chris was amazing, he was very helpful and detailed in his explanations of what my best options were when it came to what account i should open. Cant say enough good things about him!"
"Rude and obnoxious about how well they are doing. Chris, the employee who picked up the phone stated that they do not require a Korean-speaking employee there where there are 65% Koreans because they are doing well with their business. Plus, there are security issues the bank had in the past. Long waits while employees doing their thing and not serving the clients waiting. No benefits except parking lots and location. Good luck."
