"You can not hate this bank enough. It is not about this particular brunch, it is about all bank. Their fraud department is completely out of control, and nobody doing anything about it. Credit card services are not reliable. They can block it without any reason, even if you confirm the transaction on your phone. It happened to me multiple times, I complain about it and they just do not care. The last time I went to one of the Latin American countries. It was not possible to use a debit card and they blocked my credit card after I confirmed the transaction. They left me without money abroad. And now I can not even talk to the fraud department to unblock it. You call customer service and they can not help you, just transfer your call to the fraud department. I called many times and just waited in line and nobody picked up the phone. This is disgusting and ridiculous. This bank turns total trash. But hey, there is a lot of diversity here. This is their priority. Not the quality of service, not reliability. No. You customers can wait to get permission to use your own money from their very diverse personnel."

"Very poorly run location. Most of the staff working mostly the females are very rude. While there are 5 employees behind the counter and 7 people in line there’s only 1 helping customers and the others are just hiding behind or walking around. Very rude bunch of females with no sense of customer service or courtesy."

"Absolute ZERO for this TD Bank, Little Ferry branch. Do NOT go there. They do NOT treat you like human. I followed their instructions and signed up. As per their text msg, I should be the 1st in the line. But the CSR took the customers who showed up without signing up. I waited for 35 minutes. They have no couch so I have to stand. Then the CSR rudely asked me to wait for another 30 minutes. No apologies given so I left. I do NOT recommend this branch. Go somewhere else instead!"
