"Very upsetting and waste of time experience. I came twice last week to be turn down because “I didn’t have an appointment”. I made an appointment for today Monday 7/15 at 4:30 and two couples came in after me that were “walk ins” that were taken in before me as I’m still waiting for my “scheduled appointment”. It’s very unprofessional to have me make an appointment when this could have been handled last week during my “walk in” period."

"Don't use the atm at this location. Atm malfunctioned and took $1000 from me. Put in a claim and "no money was found" is all I was told. That's ridiculous. Basically robbing me and calling me a liar."

"I’ve been to a lot of chase banks but this one is the worst. Bad service! Specially with the lady helping customers with appointments. There should be more privacy, why can they privately ask the costumer what are they here for instead of asking them loud so everyone can hear. They seem like they are lazy to do their job. Te teller was lazy to get me change, instead he tells me there’s no change."

"Normally I have had relevantly positive experiences with this branch. My experience with Ms. Reyes was unpleasant and I felt as if she had a unnecessary tone in the way she spoke. She created a tense atmosphere between me and her because I asked if the task she was doing could be done a specific way as the documents that I was getting notarized we’re done incorrectly before. She seemed to be annoyed and acting as I was questioning her experience within her work (which I was not). I had to call my lender to speak with her to explain why the documents needed to be notarized in this way and she rolled her eyes. Overall my experience was not pleasant."
