"I opened up an account with this bank about a month ago. I was trying to log into my online banking and was unsuccessful. I visited the branch and came in contact with a wonderful woman named Marilyn C. She was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me get it fixed. She also followed up with me the next day to make sure I was able to login. After attempting to log in and another unsuccessful attempt she again went above and beyond to help me until the problem was resolved! I highly recommend them at this branch! Phenomenal staff! Like its counterpart about a mile down the road in Passaic Park, this site has all the friendliness, intimacy, and atmosphere as the other. It is a longer, more rectangular shape, and thus is more conducive to holding the long lines that occasionally appear here, especially on Friday afternoons."
