"New ATM software. Takes so many more steps to make a transaction. Update NOT an improvement. Thought I could share the feedback with someone in the branch but the lady I spoke with by phone cut me off since she was more concerned about helping the person standing in front of her rather than the customer on the phone. Very defensive too. Lacks customer service skills. Used to love this branch."

"I purchased a vehicle from a lien held title by this bank. We paid the lien off together, but the bank refused to issue a lien release form. During one of my multiple visits attempting to obtain a piece of paper saying they took my money so I can register the car, one of the tellers told me I should have a notarized letter faxed to me from the owner who was now on vacation. You’re in customer service and you don’t know how notarizations work? Completely rude and incompetent. Will never do business with this bank."
