"If I could give negative I would. I never applied with them yet they are calling my company 3 to 5 times a day! I have blocked them and asked to be on their do not call list buy it has not helped. They keel calling and using different area codes and numbers. Worst company ever STAY AWAY AND AVOID"

"This company calls my company repeatedly, even though I have requested to be put on their no call list. They use erroneous phone numbers, even cloning other people's phone numbers to hide their shadiness. They call my company line 15 to 20 times a week. I have repeatedly called their corporate office and nothing has changed. Clearly this is a garbage company that uses shady tactics. I am. Now going to file a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General and my attorney and I are going to ask for harassment damages."

"I just recently closed my account with this company after 2 years because I found a better company with better rates and then I received a letter from them asking me to pay 1200 for cancelation fee. I was very confused and called in and they told me that my contract was for 3 years. The agent who signed us did not tell us about this crazy cancelation fee... I told them I wanted to speak to the agent who sign us up but they told me she no longer works in the company. I was on the phone with them for 1 hour and they wouldn't help resolve this crazy fee. Anyways this company is very very bad when they sign you up they won't tell you about the fees and their rate isn't very good. STAY AWAY from them they are theifs!!"

"If I can rated them negative 100 then I will. That is how BAD they are!!!!!! Literally DO NOT sign up with them. They are scam all around. I sign up their services back in Jan 2013. After few years of business, I noticed that they overcharged me everything. The rate they gave me is much higher than any other merchant services, plus charged with statement fee, other fees that can be FREE at any other merchant. In addition, they don't care if you complete your PCI survey or not, I noticed that every day for the past 3+ yrs they charged me $15 addition for not completing PCI. I wasn't told by the agent who sign me up. When I can for complain, the agent who sign me up no longer work there. Then I told them to cancel the service, they told me that the contract has been auto-renewed. I have to call end of the yr. Honestly, if that how they do business I have no else to say beside complaining, but like I saw everyone complaining about them on the review. Just curiosity, I just want to see how long they will long the business. If everyone is complaining and they got BAD rep about them. IF I HAS NO OTHER DESIRE MERCHANT TO SIGN UP, I WOULDN'T EVEN SIGN UP FOR THEM!!! PERIOD."

"No Stars on this company.. This is first time I ever write comments or review but I have warn small business owners to be aware of this worst company. I've use merchant service with this company for over 4yrs but my business had fire accident & shut down by NY state back in 2014. I just found out this company put collection on closed business since 2014 and I even shipped this equipment back cancellation fee & free rental fee for over $1,000. I have excellent credit and was in final approve stage from SVA loan to start new business. I called this company & they told me my 3yrs contract get auto renew for 3yrs and that was on my original contract. I explained the situation but collection dept supervisor say if she reduce any outstanding amount they won't remove collection status from my credit report. I had to eat it and pay full amount because of deposit I made with seller was going to be taken away. UMS shame on you on very sneaky way of doing business. Be aware of this company's operation& contract"
