"Rude and lazy staff. The woman behind the desk refused to withdraw money from my bank account and told me to go to the ATM, and it can withdraw the amount that I am asking for. Why couldn't she help withdraw money when I was inside the building? Little did she know I couldn't withdraw the amount that I wanted and had to go to a total different branch. They had no problem withdrawing money. Every time I use their ATM, she gives me dirty looks threw their window. Very bad experience. Don't expect no help from this branch. Completely lazy as ever."

"I called in and talk to an individual that was very quick to get me off the phone. I was calling about your savings account and I wanted to know the information. And his goal is to get me off the phone as quick as possible. It was very obvious. I called him out on it and said, why are you trying to get me off the phone. And he barely answered all the questions and just kept on telling me to go to the website. Definitely not gonna be here I was opening an account and called him to get some more information now I'm definitely not open that account."
