"Terrible experience! Sign on the door states that atm deposits and withdrawls are preferred. However I was forced to deposit a check via Atm. I hate this, and have had issues with this service in the past! That sign on the door is a lie! It's one thing to say at use is preferred, this branch is forcing it upon customers. If I never come to this branch again, that would be too soon!"
"If I could give them negative stars I would. The employees are rude and down right disgusting. The one teller who was "helping" me had a chip on her shoulder and thought she was cute turning to her co-workers, speaking to them in Spanish. News flash! I understood you and you should be fired! They disrespected me and my mother, who is their client. As I was walking out, I told a woman at the ATM she should switch banks and she agreed. She concurred. Here's a tip, get people who know how to be nice and helpful to work at your bank."
