"ATM was being used by some guy taking 3 business days on a hot summer day. So went inside an empty lobby with three employees, one being an elder lady as a teller. Was not greeted or acknowledged and waited for 10 min before I decided to go out again and luckily for me the ATM was not being used. Horrible customer service. The 3.5 rating is should be much lower. Do better Santander. That teller should retire as well. Seems like she’s already on the first few stages of dementia."

"The business that I work for has an account at this branch. For years we were able to have employees bring over the deposit. Recently they implemented a policy that only the account signer can make deposits. This was very inconvenient for our business. As a compromise they allowed a couple of employees to sign up for a deposit only account that can only be used at the ATM machine. This would be mostly OK but the ATM frequently is not working or not working properly. Frequently, It will not read checks properly(taking to much money from out customers) or accept cash correctly. When I brought this up with the branch their solution was to try and up sell us by either spending $30 a month on a check scanner or by opening a personal account in order to make in person deposits at the branch. Today the ATM would not accept cash correctly. It would take a couple of bills and then return the rest. I figured at this moment, due to the ATM not working properly, they would take an in person deposit but they refused to. I spent a half hour trying to make a deposit that used to only take minutes. Personally I would not recommend this bank to anyone running any type of business."
