PNC Bank

"I had this bank since I was 18 and suddenly since I labeled one of my Zelle transactions as “taxes” from the income taxes I received in my account, a guy called my phone yelling asking me if I paid taxes for the money I received. They closed my card I had on file for no reason, and they spontaneously closed 2 of my accounts on virtual wallet that was very much in use, with no explanation. They are now giving me until June to make arrangements for my spend account to be closed permanently. I had this one rude azz representative that obviously doesn’t know anything about banking and all he does is pace around the office mad at everything….I think his name is Omar or something….No one is explaining anything and they don’t care, so guess what? Idgad anymore. I’m so done with this bank!"

"Worst location ive ever gone to. At first patrick and the other lady were very kind treating well and reassuring. All of that for nothing i got told multiple times i was going to hear back on certain days and i never did. They mailed out a check and didnt inform me until later on. I had to back to the pnc on 3-4 occasions to give them paperwork they told me i DIDNT need the first time around. It was complication over complication just for me to not end up with a card nor my $300. Its been over a month and a half! No progress just me waiting giving them what they need. Complete waste of all of our times. Very unprofessional and frustrating i hope this place gets better managers. I had even spoken to a manager and she told me she was going to send some paperwork out and never did! i had called back a week after and patrick told me it never got sent out."

"I see the poor reviews here, but my experience with this branch in the last several months has been stellar. Patrick was great and spent a great deal of time with me discussing options for a lease buy-back loan and was responsive to EVERY follow-up email that I addressed to him. And, and I just met with Joel on another issue and he was more than helpful and accommodating."

"Please do yourself a favor do not come to this location, customer service its the worst I’ve ever experienced at a bank, im not mentioning any names, but they would never return your calls or follow up, even if they say they are going to call you, i finally was able to speak to one of them after a few days of calling…. Worst decision ever coming here …"
