"Horrible service! An older lady turned me away saying I didn’t have the correct documentation to open an account. First of all I had previously opened an account with TD but at another branch. I gave them all the documentation that I gave this older lady and they opened my account with no issue. I provided documentation stating I was the REP PAYEE & even went on the website to show the lady and that wasn’t enough. How can one branch do one thing and then another branch does another??? Make it make sense. It doesn’t! Take another training class and hire people who are nice and know the correct information."

"This bank is soooo ghetto. Service is super slow and unprofessional. Again I am here waiting for service. ATM machines not working. Again. One person behind the counter. Extremely slow. TD does not care about it's customers. Time to change banks"

"Miserable, unfriendly and rude! 2 tellers only 1 waiting on customers. When the line finally went to the door, did the 2nd one asked if she could help me - no hello, no smile and annoyed I didn't have my ATM card. I was making a deposit and my signature is on record at this location. She starts mumbling to me at and I finally have to tell her I can't hear/understand what she is saying. Completed transaction and I don't even get a simple thank you. This is typical of my experience with this location. If you don't want to deal with people, than don't take a job as a teller!"

"They need time change these old machines even 3rd world countries have newer ones"
