"Wow, I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. Then again, I'm not so surprised after the experience I went through. I didn't say anything for a bit of time now but I see that this one particular teller is still working there. Story time... So the town was having a town wide garage sale. I don't bank with Wells Fargo but every so often I withdraw money from the ATM. I did so to prepare for the garage sale, then I entered the bank itself to get some singles, fives etc. I gave the teller $200 and she gave me back what I needed. I didn't count the money there because I trusted the bank. When I did count it, I saw that I was given back $180. I went back to the bank and I told them this and was immediately accused of trying to swindle the big corporate bank out of $20. The teller was extremely rude and condescending as if she had some moral authority. Yes, I was raised in abject poverty, worked and paid my own way through life just to throw all of that out the window to steal $20 from a bank. I want to embarrass myself, my wife and kids and get arrested by the town police officers that I know. My soul is only worth $20. The manager came out, I explained the situation and she went to the back with the teller. Banks don't make this kind of mistake. Every red cent is counted. After a few minutes the manager came back with a $20 bill and gave it to me. Didn't apologize. The teller hid in the back. They tried to besmirch my iron clad reputation and gained miserably. Be careful banking here. I don't know what's up with these employees."
"This is the worst of the Wells Fargo banks. It's always slow, the workers are unfriendly, and they always make you wait for more than 10 minutes even when there are no customers. It's the worst of the worst."
"My Dad opened a safety deposit box years ago in this location and for some reason he kept this box and since he passed, we found out about this box. We went to this location to take care of closing this box and upon doing so, we were told that we couldn’t because another banker called out. Just the mere fact that we were told to come back where there’s another banker that is when we can close our business with this location. I must say this location will do business under their convenience and never the client. We drove 20 minutes out of my mom’s medical schedule and the fact how she’s till grieving and just want to settle out my dad’s affairs, we have to be under the banks mercy and will attempt to do this another day. I’m glad I don’t bank here and the saddest part of it, every Wells Fargo branch treats their customers differently, some will do way and above, some will not. To each is own."
"Eni Mbwambo is just amazing! She called a day before to confirm my appointment and informed me on everything that I should bring in to open my account. Very professional and prompt. Such a sweetheart I highly recommend her for all your banking needs. The manager also greeted me, made me feel very welcomed."
"One teller at best on any given time or day here. The manager has an attitude and is very curt with customers. Never, ever, ever, ever open the drive through. That's very sad for our people with disabilities! Honestly, I have stopped coming here. They love to add hidden charges on your bank statement too. Wells Fargo Bank in general has gotten caught with employees making fake accounts for it's customers to boost sales. How can you trust any bank that does this really? PS: Same reply from this bank. They see what people are saying, but refuse to do anything about it. You must give them all your personal infomation etc. Maybe people aren't comfortable with that? We made our complaints, do something about it. Stop leaving everything up to the customer! It is YOUR job to see your branches are being run properly and professionally."
