"I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent conduct of the bank manager at TD BANK Elmwood Park and his name is JOSE. Over the past two years my husband has encountered repeated instances where the manager's bias and personal issues have directly interfered with his financial needs and overall banking experience. Despite being a long-standing and loyal customer of TD Bank he had observed the manager's behavior when he replaced the prior manager. He has never experience this behavior with the past managers. He has have been subjected to unfair treatment, inconsistent policies, and unwarranted scrutiny that have created unnecessary obstacles in managing his accounts and accessing the financial services he requires. The biased behavior displayed by the manager has not only been unprofessional but has also had a significant impact on his financial well-being. As a customer, he expects to be treated with respect, fairness, and impartiality, qualities that have been sorely lacking in his recent interactions with the bank manager. He has attempted to address these concerns directly with the manager, but regrettably, the situation has not improved. It is evident that their personal issues are clouding their judgment and affecting their ability to serve customers effectively. I urge the management of TD Bank to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and without bias. The conduct of the bank manager is unacceptable and undermines the trust and confidence that customers like himself should have in the institution. In light of these experiences, my husband is considering exploring alternative banking options that prioritize professionalism, integrity, and customer service. "DO NOT USE TD BANK!!! I’ve always had a problem with this bank. They treat some Customers one way and “others” a different way! Specifically this branch in Elmwood Park (AS UNPROFESSIONAL AS POSSIBLE). So I’ve cashed plenty of checks from customers that belong to a different bank than I do. But today I received the most absurd reason for not wanting to cash my check from the Teller here and manager Jose. And it was that the customer used blue ink and black ink!!! So they had to inconvenience me by making me wait and the customer by calling them. The check was good which they knew. The only thing that was the wrong color was the customer. Then they charged me a $10 fee to cash a check on their customers account!!! DO WHAT YOU WISH but avoid TD BANK."

"Most inconvenience Bank ever. ATM’s are always down. Drive thru ATM is never working so , it’s a waste of time trying to use it . This past holiday season the ATM was completely down at the drive thru so , inconvenience . Never any parking. And very rude , not helpful employees."

"TD bank is great bank, but the image that they have in this branch represents by the supervisor Odalys is horrible, we have been in the branch many times, she treat people different according what is their background, discrimination and hate is bad and is no acceptable. We have been treated so bad several times. She sould not be there at all represents TD BANK, is not recommended to open TD bank account and the only option for you this branch, you will expect the worst service in the world. TD Bank can have a better employee than her."
