"I was making a cash payment through the atm and there was an error and it froze not returning the cash. I tried to get help from a staff inside, but she didnt want to be bothered. She just signaled that the bank would open at 10. It was 9:15am, she could have tried to help when she saw my desperation, or at the very least come and give me some guidance. Yes 10 am! But you are there working. It’s a small town. They should be more accommodating"
