"It's a shame it's not even worth giving one star. I requested cancellation of my business insurance, but they did not do so for more than two months (even though I called several times during that time), so I ended up having to pay the insurance premium from the head office. When I called to ask what to do, he said I didn't have to pay and got irritated. After that, the bill came several times and every time I called, he hung up and said there was another counselor. Every time, before I could finish talking, I was also in the middle of counseling. Finally, 8 months later, in January 2020, I received a letter from the collection agency and called again, and they unilaterally hung up on me, saying it was not their fault and that they had customers as expected. Then I called again several times, but he didn't answer the phone again. I sent him a message and told him to at least apologize or he would post it in the review and stop victims like me. But he never once said he was sorry. In the end, I sent the money to the collection agency because I was tired of fighting. Responsibility, attitude towards customers, zero sincerity. This is a very bad business mind. I strongly do not recommend it."
