"I will never go back to this location. About three months ago my husband and I opened up a joint checking and savings account in this location. I did not have my marriage License with me so I could not put my new last name. The woman who opened my account for me told me that I could pop in at any moment With my marriage license and they would be able to change my name. She told me that I could do this without making an appointment and that they would accommodate me because it would not take long to scan my license and change my name. Well I went today with my two month old baby and they told me they would be right with me I sat there and waited for 20 minutes. The sweet banker at the window saw me waiting with my son and that she would see if her manager can help me. The manager came out and did not help me at all she just told me that I needed to wait an additional 20 minutes. When I told her that the woman who helped me last time told me I can pop when I’m never the manager told me that is not the case. The manager was walking around doing absolutely nothing and I don’t understand why she couldn’t just help me. Instead she hands me a card and tells me I can make an appointment and come back with my two month old Son after waiting almost half hour. I will never be returning to the branch again save yourself the time and go somewhere else"
