"Horrible branch ! Believe the reviews. Just had to go to another branch. I was profiled by another black older woman with braids that happen to be the teller lead. I attempted to make a withdraw from my savings account which I only use to pay bills . I have had the account for many years and a month ago I made a deposit and she began to question me about it and made me feel uncomfortable then eventually disappointed and upset. Just to wait on line for 5 minutes then to wait at the teller window for another 5 minutes while she scanned my account for any fraudulent activity was awful and degrading. Never been through that. And never will again. I am done with pnc and I have transferred all funds out !!!"

"No chairs available to sit. You make an appointment and it doesn't make a difference because they will see you hours later."

Rude and disrespectful, asking me for my full social security number in front of everyone in line, expecting me to understand banking acronyms with no explanation, the worst! Managers are not helpful and do not care, horrible horrible customer service at this location!"

"Definitely one of the worst pnc banks , dont get on their bad side . I said this is not good service especially with everything that's going on this year .girk laughs and says that's right omg. Avoid going inside and be careful with drug addicts hanging by the ATMs just because your in a bad area doesn't mean the customers experience should be the same way"
