"The worst Chase I've ever been to. Workers are very lazy and sassy, as if they are doing a favor to the customer, I've been there three times to open an account, they said whatever excuse to not do their work, as "comeback tomorrow because it's already late today", to finally say "you are missing this random requirement to open your account" the third day, however the previous day the girl in the desk said that "I have all the requirements to open it". I would never go back there, waste of money and time. Worst experience ever."

"Had appointment at 4 pm. Was waiting 45 min after 4 pm. They told me I cant open business account because principal address and mailing address are not same. This is stupides answer I heard so far. Was 5 min be4 they close so that was easiest way to tell me " have a nice day I have no time for you even tho I was late on 4 pm appointment by 50 minutes""

"This bank is terribly understaffed. I had an account for a week that I couldn’t use because of unfixable errors. The bank misspelled my name, blundered the direct deposit and gave me an ATM card that could not be used. The nice women who worked here tried to help me but said I had to wait for a banker and it would be a half hour which I didn’t have. There was one banker there at lunchtime with a customer and I did not have time. I tried to close the account and still needed a banker so I ended up calling Chase from inside the branch and closed the account. No real efforts were made on Chase’s end to help or stop me from closing the account so they really don’t care. I wanted to be a customer for their auto loans and credit card but I’ll take a chance with TD bank. Both banks are within a mile of job."
