"worst customer service ever!!! maybe it is because they know that travelers need their services but these people need to take courses on LISTENING and COMPREHENSION. they are not knowledgeable and since they don't listen to what people are saying, they struggle to find answers, keep you waiting for over 5 mins just to refer you to the website. when i wanted to confirm my request was understood and she was giving me the correct answers the CS rep hung up on me. i would recommend going to another branch these people are the WORST!"
