"Horrible service and you would think this location is a good location. I went for a simple money order like I always do at usual locations and their printer was broke. I had to go inside. Can you believe it’s drop dead empty in there and people walking around not acknowledging or attempting to service me. I’m disgusted. I will continue going to my Hackensack locations. This location is horrible"

"If I could put 0 stars I will I called the store abt 10 min before they close cause my credit card declined and I tried to get food that time the person that was helping me on the phone was so rude and unprofessional like at all I work at retail too and even tho we closing we giving the customers help n waiting for them to finish but since I was on the phone w the women she was just so rude n English is not my first language it was hard to understand her and she was j such in hurry to close the store her voice tone was so rude and mean… this made me wanna change my bank. I got disrespected while I just wanted to get help I had to hang up the phone cause the way she was talking to me don’t go to this bank. I’m j a young girl that had to take care of my bank account cause I was confused but that’s the way I get treated when everything is new for me such a bad experience they should get better stuff!!!"

"Would leave zero stars if I could. I waited 20 minutes on a Tuesday to see a banker. It's a massive building but there were only two bankers working that day and only two seats in the waiting area. Both of the bankers seemed to have computer problems and the line was not moving at all. After getting tired of standing I left. In addition, the bank doesn't have any water or coffee for people who are waiting. What kind of bank doesn't have a water cooler? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. I have spent countless hours at this branch and they never get it right. I'm only here because it's my parents branch but I'm seriously considering taking our business to another bank. I have wasted hours weeks months trying to fix things and one thing gets fixed another thing pops up. I've also also got gaslit telling me I was the one in the wrong, thank goodness I'm meticulous and Sadly I don't think it's only maywoods branch from learning acquaintances horror stories."
