"Felt that the staff was not knowledgeable in what I was asking, filled out a form in front of them and that they reviewed before I left only to be called and told it was done wrong and I would have to redo it. They did not even apologize to me on the phone when calling me and just said I have to redo it and figure it out. I felt that no one really cared about my experience as a customer and thought everyone was pretty rude who I dealt with. Really makes me think I should switch my bank for the future. Overall very frustrating experience and will avoid this branch in the future"

"This isn't the most convenient bank. In today's age banking should be very easy. The mobile app is horrible. You can't perform certain actions after banking hours and they close your accounts without notice. Then require you to go the the bank for them to tell you that the system is having issues. There is one shining light at this branch, and that is Moses in their business dept. He knows everyone by their first name. He knows banking. If not for him I would have went elsewhere, but a good banker is worth his wait in gold."
