"Im giving a one star only to Warned y'all. This is THE WORST BRANCH EVER. If you need help with personal information do not go there. They never know what yo do even when they are told by customer service to called a department for some simple updates. The bankers always on a rush they have no customer service education. They always have an attitude and always tell you they can't do nothing. Call customer service. Is like they don't know they own system. "I am new to the banking experience. I recently had an account with another bank and didn't like how that bank dealt with their customers. Someone recommended I try Chase and I did. Since being one of their customers, I have not one problem with their service to their customers. Today I received some money via the ZELLE APP and didn't know how to use it or accept the money that was sent to me. So I went to the bank. I asked one of the tellers for her assistance and she guided me on how to use the app and how to manage the account. This is the second time that she has taken the time to fully explain something to me. Miss Donnalee J. Martinez is a very nice and helpful employee of CHASE BANK.. I've recommended CHASE to various friends and relatives just because of employees such as Miss Donnalee J. Martinez."
"Was told by customer service to visit this branch do to my card being closed because of fraudulent activity. I arrived at 10:30 is now 11:50 and still haven't being help by a personal banker why? because instead of following the sign-in list that everyone else signs to be service, they're taking people they personally know who just walking in the bank (no appointment). How do I know! Because I inform management of what I saw and she called one of the personal banker and he admitted that the person didn't have an appointment but that he was servicing the customer before which was a lie because I saw the customer walk in the door and was waiting with the other customers. He basically tried to make it seem like a lier. I wasn't the only customer who noticed what was going on.. First was giving the run around for the coupon when you first open the account a set up direct deposit and receive the ($200) and than basically accused of being lier. Waited 1 hour and 22 minutes before being assisted with only 9 people infront of me. Honestly considering closing my account. Horrible customer service. Now I'm late to work just check the cameras.."
