"Very slow just one teller is open in the middle of the week and she was dead slow 6 persons waiting in the line and they don’t care."
"Staff is very friendly and professional. Rarely have more than 2 tellers working at the same time so be patient, they move customers out efficiently."
"This is loan only, I didn't know and I was wating a line over 20min and then no regular banking service They must have a sign loan only They have a Google sign not any sign in the this bank. They cheating people"
"If you aren’t Hispanic going here, Good luck. The manger was front of house on this particular day I went in. Her energy was disturbing. I’ve been in business a very long time and you don’t greet clients by speaking to them while not moving your attention to them, first red flag. She continued to type while speaking to me as if she was not interested in my visit. I also witnessed her interaction with two older blank women , very cold and condescending. The elderly lady tried explaining she had an appointment, the employee then insured them they would be placed in line as a walk in. Shortly after waiting the only women of color in the building came over to them and offered her assistance, less than 5 mins. I don’t agree with jeopardizing anyone’s job especially in times like this but that woman does NOT belong in a position where she is greeting clients, far less management. Very unwelcoming and passive aggressive, I’ve been a client of BOA since a teenager, it was the first bank I considered after starting a business , I was so excited until running into this woman. I ended up walking out and calling another branch in Queens where the business banker went above and beyond to try to give me a Saturday appointment even though he only works 1 Saturday out of the month which had already passed. THAT is customer service. A customer should never come into a place of business and feel as though they aren’t welcomed."
"It’s a competition who can be the RUDEST AND LEAST PROFESSIONAL … The title keeps being taken every time by someone new If you put someone that rude as the first person you see when you go to sign in why should I think it’s going to get any better as we proceed?"
